• All attendees must present a copy of the Fixr QR code that was emailed to the original group ticket buyer. Ask them to share!

• Wristbands will be issued to guests with valid QR codes upon entry.

• Guests will be checked on arrival for alcohol and illegal substances.

• Reel Thing Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.

• Alcohol will not be served at this event. Guests suspected of intoxication will not be admitted.

• Guests who choose to leave the event early do so at their own risk.

• Vapes are strictly prohibited at the event.

Reel Thing Events Ltd reserves the right to use photos and video clips taken at the Young Gathering, either for the marketing of future events or for sharing with attendees afterwards.

By attending the event, guests consent to their images being used for these puposes without prior written permission.

• The event will conclude at 11pm.

• Parents are kindly asked to collect their guests promptly at the end of the event.

• Reel Thing Events Ltd is not responsible for attendees once they have left the event premises.
